Our Life Coaches

Pastor Colt Waagner is a Christian pastoral life coach. He has been in ministry for 5 years and he currently serves as the head pastor of his church. He holds two master’s degrees including a Master of Divinity and a Master’s in Pastoral Ministry. He also has a bachelor’s degree in communications. Colt believes that all aspects of the self are intertwined and if your spiritual self is out of balance your life will be out of balance. Whether you are new to the faith and hoping to grow in your walk with Jesus or you’ve been a Christian a long time, but you feel stuck, without attaining spiritual growth, Colt can walk alongside you on your spiritual journey.

Colt has a love and passion for God and Scripture while also having a passion for helping others through pastoral counseling which make him ideal for anyone looking for guidance in their faith. Colt’s coaching style is warm and relatable while also being progress and goal oriented. He believes that just as God’s Word says in the book of Romans, “In all things God works for the good of those who love Him,” God is working for your good. He looks forward to helping you see the good in what God is doing in your life.
