Pastor Colt Waagner | Christian Life Coach & Military Chaplain
Ministry is a calling, but it can also feel lonely, exhausting, and overwhelming. The weight of relationships, leadership demands, and the constant pressure to pour into others can leave even the most faithful feeling isolated and burned out. Pastor Colt Waagner understands these struggles firsthand.
With eight years in ministry, including time as a head pastor and now as a military chaplain, Pastor Colt has walked the road of leadership and knows the unique challenges that come with it. He holds two advanced degrees—a Master of Divinity and a Master’s in Pastoral Ministry—as well as a bachelor’s degree in communications. More importantly, he has a heart for those who serve, believing that spiritual well-being is the key to enduring and thriving in ministry.
His coaching isn’t about quick fixes or generic advice. It’s about walking alongside those who are called, helping them reignite their passion, strengthen their relationships, and rediscover the joy of their calling. With a warm and relatable approach, Pastor Colt offers practical guidance while keeping everything grounded in biblical truth and real-life experience.
Romans 8:28 reminds us that “in all things God works for the good of those who love Him.” Even in seasons of exhaustion or discouragement, God is at work. You don’t have to navigate this road alone. If you’re looking for support, renewal, and a path forward, Pastor Colt is here to help.
